"We had a really pleasant stay in Amsterdam at Pillows. It’s a super relaxing vibe in a beautifully managed spot. It’s a nice location a bit away from the cross downtown but still walkable to a number of great spots. We had some fantastic dinners just a short 8 minute walk from the hotel and enjoyed the location next to the Vondel park. Lotte, James, Carlos, Carolina and the whole staff were wonderful and we loved the breakfasts prepared for us in the beautiful and intimate breakfast area. All in...

"The hotel location is excellent. The room comfortably arranged and bathroom is a bit small but clean. The front desk staff Mike and Thomas were very nice and helpful. There are few steps to the hotel lobby so not convenient for guests with heavy luggage’s. Thanks to Kennith helping us with all the luggage’s. "

"Quaint and cozy! A short walk to the sites and sounds of Amsterdam! Beds were wonderful! Stairs would not be good for anyone with mobility issues of any kind, but there is a small lift. Rooms are very small but comfortable and nicely decorated. I’d stay again :) "

"Great location near the museums. Bike rental is a short walk away which opens up the whole city. Also very close to beautiful park. "

"Very comfortable all around with great beds. The tub lip is very high making it somewhat difficult to get in and out but the shower is very nice. Very conveniently located by the Leidseplein. "

"Excellent location on transit but not in the core. The room was ok, but unbearably hot (fan did not help and thermostat seemed to do nothing). Opening windows meant getting attacked by either noise or mosquitoes from the canal at night. The building is undergoing renovation, which is fine, but the smell of old pot in the carpet outside our room was disgusting. Staff super nice and helpful. Great local restaurants and cafes."
