"We had a really pleasant stay in Amsterdam at Pillows. It’s a super relaxing vibe in a beautifully managed spot. It’s a nice location a bit away from the cross downtown but still walkable to a number of great spots. We had some fantastic dinners just a short 8 minute walk from the hotel and enjoyed the location next to the Vondel park. Lotte, James, Carlos, Carolina and the whole staff were wonderful and we loved the breakfasts prepared for us in the beautiful and intimate breakfast area. All in...

Some of the apartments and amenities inside are more dated than others, but overall I continue to stay here because the apartments are a good value. "

Opening windows meant getting attacked by either noise or mosquitoes from the canal at night. The building is undergoing renovation, which is fine, but the smell of old pot in the carpet outside our room was disgusting. Staff super nice and helpful. Great local restaurants and cafes."

It was reasonably priced compared to others in the area, rooms were very clean and modern (with air conditioning) and the lady on the front desk was very friendly. It's located about 20 mins walk outside of the city centre in a really nice area of town. Ideal for any couple as we were staying in Amsterdam "
