"The receptionist, Aro, was amazing - friendly, cordial and helpful. Unfortunately the room didn’t live up to expectations especially the toilet. The shower was leaking, water was flowing everywhere and the room wasn’t up to mark from a hygiene perspective. I told the staff and sent my complaint to their WhatsApp number, but no response. I wanted to be moved to another room (despite it being inconvenient) or receive monetary compensation. "

"Very convenient walk to central Amsterdam near all of the restaurants, Anne Frank house, Van Gogh Museum, canal cruises, Heineken. Clean, comfortable, nice little dining area with a coffee machine to make your own coffees in the mornings. Vending machine in lobby for any snacks or drinks you may have forgotten to grab. Tram isn’t a far walk either. Staff were very nice. Bathroom is a little small and has a step up so sometimes would trip going in and out. Housekeeping tidied up very nicely everyday as well. "

"The staff were very friendly with plenty of information, pro tips and helpfulness. It’s the quality and cleanliness of the hotel itself. 1. There was black mold around both of our windows that extended along the wall. Mentioned it to the manager and we got a “sorry that sucks” I would have thought there would be an offer to move me to a different room or have it cleaned. That’s didn’t happen. 2. Mold continued in the shower in the grout of the tile. 3.Bedside lamp didn’t work. 4. "

"Decent area, friendly staff and a tram ride away from the major attractions. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue as they had cleaners cleaning around the clock but people staying could be an issue as getting in shower after they’re coming out and leaving it untidy or not flushing the toilets properly. Other than that, no concerns and would definitely go back. However, I paid for the breakfast for 2 days and realised on arrival they’ve stopped doing breakfast so still waiting for my refund. "

"I would never stay here again. €250 + for a place where u come in exhausted wanting to go to your room. They have to email you and then you can pay the city tax. What if an older person booked and came and didn’t have an email? So inefficient. Room is tiny. Bed is horrible. Got bit overnight. Have huge bite marks on left thigh. No air con. Tiny desktop fan. I would never ever pay that much money for a place like this. I don’t even think I would stay here for €50. Staff was nice. Owner really needs to make huge changes. Very very very disappointed. "

"Hotel is in excellent location. It is near the Rijksmuseum, shopping, tramps, and many eateries nearby. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. On site restaurant MoMo is very good. Breakfast also good and cooked to order. Highly recommend to ones who visits Amsterdam."

"They gave us one of the worst rooms in the hotel — it was located right under the front desk. We had to endure constant noise from people walking above us all night, and we barely got any sleep. It was truly one of the worst experiences we've had."
