"Everything was amazing. Hotel was perfect with everything, staff was amazing, the issue was with the shower/tub door which opened in a weird way and we had trouble getting in and out of the shower. Food was amazing, breakfast was awesome, all the people were great. We’d stay here again."

"The staff this time were what you would expect from a park plaza"

"Great location, close to museums. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Great location and staff. Rooms were very comfortable"

"Check in was met with friendly staff and was able to keep our luggage safe as our room was not ready due to being early. Location is in a quiet part of town with multiple team options to get to the center of the city. Highly recommended."

"Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de la estación del metro, cercano a tiendas de conveniencia y buenos restaurantes."

"I loved this hotel for so many reasons!! It’s really close to museums, it’s in a nice neighborhood, I loved the restaurant and the food was so good!! The room always very very clean!! Everyone very nice if I’d be able to come back to Amsterdam I will love to stay here again."

"We loved size of room, style of hotel & quality of breakfast. A perfect base."

"Superb location for wandering around Amsterdam. Lots of cafes nearby. Right next to tram stop. Beautiful canal side view from our room 408, be aware this room requires use of stairs to get to it but worth it. Room quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and a fridge. Extremely helpful and cheerful staff.Would recommend"

"Emplacement génial, chambre propre et confortable. Personnel du restaurant un peu ordinaire et contradictoire avec les messages de l'hotel, mais un très beau séjour dans l'ensemble,"

"Extremely clean and quiet. Staff and owner are amazing! Very helpful and always have a smile on their face when they see you. Felt like home! Breakfast was amazing as well and worth the money! Would stay here again"

"Shower in room leaked all night. Drip drip drip is not a lullaby. Then when we went to shower in the morning for an early flight, the shower did not work!!!!! Management refused any concession of any kind. This was after they refused any when the first night of our reservation was not used because of a flight delay. So we got one night for the price of two with no shower in the room and no breakfast. Awesome."

"Clean room with friendly staff in hotel. Beds were a little small ( 2 ft 6) but we slept well and had plenty of room for our belongings. Bathroom small but had everything required, and in room fridge small but great to store couple drinks. Nice peaceful safe neighbourhood with great transport links and good access to local restaurants. Number of museums in easy walking distance. Recommend"

"This is such a great option if you’re not wanting to spend money on a whole hotel room, but also aren’t a fan of the shared rooms of a hostel! Super clean, great shower facilities, and a decent location. The metro is a block away, which takes you to everything you’d want to do!"

"We checked in for a 3 night stay in the Junior Suite and left after one night. The only sink in the room sprayed water horizontally and soaked my shirt, and it had wrench marks from what looked like a failed repair. The door frame near the lock was damaged with a faulty alarm, and the wifi, listed as free in all rooms, was too slow to use. The bathroom also didn't match the listing photos. We reported the sink to the front desk that night, and the only thing offered was more towels. We told the...
