"The room was clean make up mirror was broken cracked in bathroom floor tv channels were not all working apart from that we had a nice time All communal areas were lovely .Palm court a beautiful area and Nelsons bar was lovely and cosy"

"Check in was a different experience to what we have experienced previously at other hotels. The younger staff, one guy in particular used hand signals to point me to the car park after the sat nav took me to the opposite side, I felt that was extremely rude, he also did not make booking my car into the car as smoothly as it could have been, I thinks he’s in the wrong job!"
