"I’ve stayed at The Palmetto Hotel twice now, and I honestly can’t imagine booking anywhere else when I visit Charleston. The location is perfect, just steps away from great restaurants and walkable to much of downtown. Despite being in a central area, it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a great ambiance. The bar is a nice touch and adds to the charm. Accommodations are consistently comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. Whether you’re in town for work or a weekend getaway, it hits all the marks. Highly recommend."
"Beautiful spacious room with a balcony . Fully updated but still had an old world charm to it . The bathroom was spotless, bed was super comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome with a complimentary bottle of champagne .
The only thing that needed an upgrade was their tv - it was too small for the room and no Netflix etc available.
The hotel has an excellent location too, walkable to the waterfront and kings street etc"
