"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"

"Overall, the room was great for the price. Right next to the train station and at the marathon finish area. I do wish the shower had a door as the water went all over the floor even when careful, so I had to put a towel down. The bed was comfortable and the staff provided extra pillows which helped. It was very quiet at night, no noise while sleeping. I liked the black out shade on the one window. For a basic room it had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"Great London location! Close to the tube if needed but so close to everything that travel wasn’t an issue. Very pleasant staff and accommodations. "

"Check-in and check-out was self service and very easy. There was a staff member to assist if needed. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary drink is a nice touch, but it's a very, very sweet fruit punch that we didn't like, due to it being so sweet. We had a loft room that is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom/shower was great with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The smart TV has several channels and you can login to Netflix with your own account if you want. There's a SMEG coffee machine and coffee capsules, which were lovely to have in the morning. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on it. The biggest issue however is that the single day bed is so, so hard to sleep on that I may as well have slept on the floor. My friend said the double bed was comfortable. As a suggestion, the day bed would be perfect if a memory foam topper or similar is placed on the day bed when it's being made up. Overall, The Moxy is located well, it was a good price. I would recommend here and would stay again."
