"Check in and check out was very simple. Staff was helpful and kind. Staff were all proficient in English as well for foreign tourists like myself. Small rooms but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. CANNOT beat the location!!! It’s truly in the heart of Shibuya and everything we wanted to do in Shibuya was 5-10 mins walk. Train station is very close as well. Highly recommend."

"Great little room that despite its small size had everything I needed! Fantastic location with amazing coffee shops and konbini steps away. Easy to walk to the craziness of Shibuya, Yoyigo Park, Meiji Jinju or Harajuku. Incredibly quiet for a good sleep too. "

"AC control not in room so cannot set temperature. Staff struggling to understand non Japanese speakers and time poor with many people with questions. Room not clean and facilities poor. Smell of cigarettes permeated the room on a non smoking floor. Our party cancelled and left accommodation."

"The stay is near the famous crossing so you’re going to be near the luxury stores, tourist areas. Prime sport to be at. My room was cleaned every 2 days as part of their rules. Every time I did go back to my room it was neat and clean. My room was high up so I did get a pretty view of the high rise buildings. I’ve stayed here twice and would need convincing to find a different location. My room was small so it did pile up quick if I was buying stuff to take back home so be wary of that if you’re traveling solo. Staff was very accommodating even if I did not require their assistance. They do have a vending machine and laundry room but it does get used up quite often. They have the status of the 2 laundry units on their TVs so you can monitor usage. All in all, would highly recommend staying. "

"Great location for Shibuya. We arrived early and got access to our rooms straight away at no additional cost which after a 14hr flight was greatly appreciated. Room had a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, plates and cutlery. Everything you needed."
