"Dont know where to start! What a wonderful hotel, from the service to the apartment itself. Very clean and luxurious, also close to the beautiful old town in Warzawa! Our hotel host Alex was amazing and very professional at his job! We could always contact him if we had any questions and the check in/out was smooth, we could even check in to the apartment early witch also was a plus after a long travel :) 5/5 stars! "We are enjoyed our stay and location. Apartment was spacious although sparsely furnished. The apartment had no a/c (understood), but also not a single fan was provided (this is baffling; several fans are needed!). There is little ventilation as the 2 windows face an inner courtyard (none of this apartment is on the square, only the building entrance). It was hot and stuffy! The bathtub is inconvenient for showers as there are no shower curtains - hence water can go everywhere"
