"I regularly stay in this hotel when I am in Warsaw"

"Everything was lovely, service in restaurant was very slow, waited 40 mins for 3 sandwiches, i had asked for no mayo,tomato or pickles on mine and it came loaded with all three,didn't eat it but hadnt time to wait for a replacement, staff weren't very attentive otherwise would highly recommend "

"Rooms very nice but on the small side but the lobby offered nice lounge space. Staff were all very friendly. Very pleased with our stay."

"Excellent location right in heart of old town and excellent city view. Large spacious room Bathroom could do with some maintenance work. Lots of rusty pipes showing , not nice to look at "

"This was incredible on many levels. The service is stellar and there’s so many perks. The washing machine was wonderful. Having a refrigerator was great. The espresso machine was lovely and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very, very comfortable and there is so much light coming into the apartment. It’s well appointed with lots of extra touches and plenty of kitchen items and all you’d need to entertain. The place slick’s new and was absolutely spotless. Again, stellar service and so thoughtful. This is where you want to stay! "

"Had a reservation and then had an mobility issue. To get to reception i had to climb 2 flights of stairs. And then i would have to climb more stairs for the room. I could not do it. I did not recieve a refund and went to stay in a different hotel I do not recommend"

"Excellent hotel in perfect location. The hotel is modern with nice conveniences, rooms are spacious, nice breakfast. As a suggestion, making hot and cold drinks as a part of self serve buffet would make it even better for customers "
