"Staff helpful. Room pleasant with great view over the main Old Town square, including Castle. Perfect location really. Next door to Castle, edge of the Old Town streets, next to meeting place for walking tours. Nearby cafes and restaurants. 100 metres from bus stop for the airport"

"This property was amazing, it had the charm of an old property in Warsaw with the modern features that made the stay easy. The property host was there to answer questions whenever we needed. The location was perfect, allowing us to visit old town while staying in the center of everything. Being in the center of everything does mean it can get loud at night when everyone is out in the square. It didn’t bother us at all but just a heads up if that’s gonna make your trip bad. There are only two things that we weren't overly happy about; first was the bed, it’s a memory foam mattress and was really firm. This is clearly a personal preference so I wouldn’t hold it against the property. Secondly, we couldn’t use the WiFi at the property. The streaming apps wouldn’t load and anytime we added our phones to the network they would work way slower, sometimes not at all. These certainly aren’t deal breakers just heads up for anyone that would need internet. Overall this is a great property with amazing old world charm. The pictures shown online match exactly to the property we got, I actually think it may have been over in person! "

"The staff here are great and the property is clean. Although Expedia's listing describes it as a hotel/hostel it truly is a hostel. Very well located for touring the old town. "

"The gym really disappointed me. Apparently, the architect who designed this hotel forgot to include a gym in the plan. Later, he must have thought, “Oops, there’s no space left—okay, let’s turn one of the garage spots into a gym.” The gym is located on the garage level. It’s very small and depressing."

"Such a lovely hotel. We came out of the train station and it was right in front of us. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was superb. We had a deluxe room which had everything you would expect. Very comfortable bed which we were able to lie on and look out at the wonderful city lit up at night. The palace of culture was just over the road. We will return."

"Within 15 minutes walk of the old town. Very clean hotel. Decent bar food and drinks and breakfast plentiful. Would stay again "
