"Exceptional hotel with outstanding service and staff on hand. The Hotel is in the perfect location for walking to the Old Town area with numerous restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots close by. The room was very spacious and clean and well stocked with amenities. This Hotel would definitely be my first choice for any future visits to Warsaw. Highly recommended."
"The staff at this hotel is simply amazing. I've been to many hotels throughout Europe and this was the first time ever when I truly felt welcomed. The ladies immediately offered us coffee and a tour of the hotel.
Their help went above and beyond more than once. One time, I went to a laundromat a few miles away and I paid with a 100 note zloty and accidentally got about 68 zloty back in "2 zloty" coins. The lady at the hotel gladly exchanged it back into paper money for me. She didn't have to do that but she did.
The AC was great too! The room was beautiful as well. We stayed in room 14. Room 14 is literally next to the reception so we were concerned with noise. But the room is completely silent!
