"Stayed in the Hotel Nozomi side. Very spacious room and bathroom for 2 people. Has great aircondition. Walking distance to lots of great dining options and shopping! Staff were very friendly. Just for improvement purposes, I hope the breakfast had more variety. Other than that, amazing stay overall."

"Centrally located. Our room was small for 4 people, but was happy to be centrally located to the old town Luzern. The two bunks were actually comfortable for teenage adults. The sheets were super comfy and the pillows were fluffy. Not a hostel Very easy self check-in. Just follow the instructions on the iPad kiosk. Even getting the room keys were simple to do on the kiosk. Safe location. Actually quiet as walls were concrete with nice faux marble texture. Doors let some sound in but very secure steel doors. Hughly recommend if you need something close but don’t mind the cozy space. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Des Alpes Luzern. The location could not be better in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town on the Reiss River next to the famous Chapel Bridge and 15-minute walk from the train station. Views from the river side are fabulous. The restaurant is very nice and it is especially nice to sit outside viewing the river and beautiful buildings. Breakfast is nice covered by vouchers provided for any meal and the Internet is good. The staff was helpful making suggestions and answering questions to make our exploration of Lucerne even more fun. The rooms are on the smaller side but efficient. There is no air conditioning - could be problematic to sleep comfortably during warmer months. "
