"Our room overlooked the town, but it was covered in scaffolding and tarps, so we didn’t get fresh air when we opened the window and couldn’t see anything out the windows. Otherwise, the location was great, hotel was clean and staff was nice. Beds were a little hard. Housekeeping services were great. The Nespresso machine and water in the room everyday was a nice bonus."

"very easy checkin. Owner at restaurant was helpful too. They cleaned the room every day. Bathroom and room was clean. Small but efficient room. Comfortable bed."

"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues."
