"Wonderful place, quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted/needed. The place was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was very high quality, initially I thought it was going to be a bit too firm for me but it ended up being very comfortable. The water was great quality too, we didn’t need to buy bottled. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and amazing views. We will definitely be back."

"Great spot, beautiful big yard and a nicely appointed interior. My only negative was a lack of privacy. Unavoidable due to the layout of the property. If you’re looking for complete privacy this may not be a place you want to book. If privacy is not a big deal you will likely love this property."

Delightful Tiny Home w/ indoor Fire Place

"The place is very nice, clean, quiet and cozy. It is located in between McKinnleyville and Arcata in a nice, hilly neighborhood. We enjoyed being up on hill because there was a huge rain and wind storm during our stay. Plus it has very nice view. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was huge for a tiny home. Rachael, the host, responded immediately to any questions we had and she is very gracious. I definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind staying in a...
