"This is an adorable cottage with beautifully thoughtful interior finishes, tucked away on a sweet little property. I felt a bit misled by the listing stating this is one bedroom, as I would consider it a studio space; the pictures did not show the futon as being only a few feet from the bed. We rented this for our family of four assuming that we'd have a bedroom and our kids would sleep in the common space on the futon, it ended up feeling rather cramped for all of us! However, it's not to say...

"The view is jaw/dropping and the location incredibly convenient for visiting Redwood National park. It is a very cozy historic bungalow, which was perfect for us but some should be aware it does not have a dishwasher and the stove is an old electric. But it is an incredible property- we couldn’t be happier."

The beach is a longer walk from the property but the location is a great jump off point for many of the local beaches and forest access…. We did not get in until late and were very touched that the host had left lights on for us inside! We would definitely stay here on a return trip."
