"The house is funky and fun in the best possible way! The pellet stove did a great job at keeping us warm and dry during record rainfall. The views on the forest were nice and the ocean view was just a stroll away. Having Murphys Market and the Eatery a short walk away was very convenient - Trinidad has a lot to offer - and being able to walk was really nice. "

Only thing that would add to the quality would be a channel guide for the tv/cable and a washer/dryer combo. Overall, a clean place to stay."

"The Crows Nest is wonderful!! The house has great views and is very comfortable. The host has thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Crows Nest is within easy walking distance to two wonderful restaurants as well as several amazing hikes and beaches. We had rainy weather, but it was still great to be at the Crows Nest. It is now my home-away-from-home in Trinidad, where I have family. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!"

"This is the first VRBO stay that I felt the place was even Nicer than the pictures posted online. The cottage was Wonderful. There was an ocean view, hot tub, and all the amenities I needed to make breakfasts in the morning. The cottage was super clean and very nicely decorated. Comfortable king bed.It was close to everything I wanted to do and see in the area. "

"Perfect little cabin to explore Trinidad and the surrounding redwoods and beaches. The wood stove and space heaters were plenty adequate to keep the living area and bedrooms warm through the February nights. We did not cook much, but the kitchen was well equipped."
