"My family and I loved our 6-day stay at De L'Europe. From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is wonderfully located at the intersection of two canals, so you have water views on either side and one has easy access to the major tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. "Conveniently located within walking distance of the historic city centre. Second floor apartment within a traditional narrow canal-front townhouse. It is accessed up communal steep staircase from a main front door and is annexed to the main hotel next door. The apartment overlooks a very picturesque canal, which is the best feature together with the sizeable open plan living / dining / kitchen area. It has a comfortable double bedroom and a wet room. The kitchen area could use some minor repairs...

"A slight misunderstanding with Irene in the dining room and a slow check in dropped our overall rating from excellent to good. However, Christopher , Isaac and others were more than excellent and helpful. Especially Christopher who was delightful to chat with when he wasn’t busy opening doors and delivering luggage.
