"The hotels is not the best, not properly insulated so every little noise disturbs you. Also, there are many stair and are narrow and straight up however the rooms are clean and tidy a bit small but as expected. The location is great too and staff members kind and friendly!"

"I stayed in the second building wich is just footsteps from the main building where reception is (not an issue at all). Room 503 is awesome, sleeps three (single beds) with plenty of room. This room even has a balcony that makes the dam square experience even more fun!"

"This is nice, comfortable place to stay. The room had sufficient space for 2 large suitcases to sit and still be able to move around. Beds were comfortable and bathroom is not too small. The hotel is 2 old buildings joined together - there is an elevator that is in one side of the building but if your room is on the right side of the building you need to maneuver up and down some steep stairs after taking the elevator to your floor. "

"The property was amazing, close to central station so not much walking to do. There are a lot of comments on the stairs, however they are typical for the buildings in Amsterdam. Reception were amazing, helped with any issues and were welcoming and friendly. Definitely would book again! "
