"Clean, good location, nice bathroom. Staff was helpful and accommodating with holding our luggage until room was available at 3pm."

"GREAT LOCATION! In the heart of everything! Hotel was old, but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful!"

"Staff were nice, breakfast included was pretty good, saved some money there, plenty of shops and lots of places to eat. Tourist attractions nearby sp that was convenient. Rooms were on the smaller size, bed was comfy. No fridge or microwave in room. But the property was old and dated. There was a sewage smell in the toilets."

"Location is excellent, right in the heart of town. Hotel is very dated, and you need to walk up stairs with your luggage. Breakfast was basic but nice, and restaurant manager was very accommodating. Would stay here if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Amsterdam."

"Nice roomy and bright tall room in a convenient location"

"Very nice new renovated hotel. Highly recommended for those people who like to stay nearby central station and so easy to find foods and shops."

"The bathroom door hinge came out of the wall and the door smashed me on my head. The wall had been previously repaired and once again failed to hold. All that was offered as compensation was a late check out time."

"The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were clean. The bed, however, was very lumpy for me. And I found the pillows a little bit high. But they did offer me a second pillow and I’m managed."
