The property has some condition problems: the steps in front of the Comstock House are deteriorating, and the driveway to it is eroding and full of potholes. "

Just a bit disappointing that despite being such a perfect “events & occasions” location, you don’t have any special menu options for celebrating an anniversary. I’m sure it wasn’t a big occasion for you guys, wasn’t exactly a wedding, and not really a hundred guests. But it sure was a big one for us - 22nd wedding anniversary on the 22nd of August which is the 8th month and equal to the sum of all the 2’s of the occasion. And...

"I stayed a Friday night. The property looks rundown from the outside but is better inside. Rooms have good ventilation and air control, and they are very clean. Breakfast is included and is excellent. Nearby dining options are outstanding "

"It was located close to where our function was. It was reasonably priced. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a fan. It was very close to I-95, so we did have some noise from that, but nothing the A/C unit or a small sound app on a phone coundn't cover. Perfectly fine for a short stay."

"Staff were friendly and responsive. Our stay was nice and quiet, and the mattress was comfortable. Downside is the bathrooms are quite outdated and appear dirty because of staining on the walls. Towels also had discoloration. Good location with easy access to shops and restaurants. "
