The property has some condition problems: the steps in front of the Comstock House are deteriorating, and the driveway to it is eroding and full of potholes. "

"This was as all the reviews mentioned, clean! The only issue we encountered was the couches in the rooms (we had two rooms) appeared to be a bit musty. Other than that, we were pleasantly surprised by this motel."
