Well located for getting to the places we wanted to be. This is an older property, but well taken care of and service was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This motel was very good for the price. It was clean, quiet, and just a short ride to places in Old Saybrook and Westbrook. But although it offers a free continental breakfast, the offerings are minimal. After my first breakfast at the motel, I ate out. Other than the breakfast, I enjoyed my stay.

Check-in was efficient. Room was clean. Road noise was minimal (considering proximity to I-95). Linen was smell and stain free. Mattress was best I've had in decades (if you like firm, which I do). Down side is the facility shows its age but you get what you pay for, without the normal bad stuff (see above). Water was hot enough but water pressure was closer to a trickle (took at night, not in morning).

very clean, services minimal, conveniences minimal, this is a good place to stay on a budget, everything was what you paid for a bed, nice little breakfast included. only draw backs, the room had a kind of odor like mildew, cigarettes, just stuffy, they vacuum the second floor early, i suggest you try to stay on the upper level. overall not a bad place.
