"Loved the property- would stay again. BUT 0 communication with host. I didnt even get a reply back when I asked for check in instructions upon arrival at correct time. I would have been screwed but the last guest didn't lock the key up correctly and I was able to get it out of the lock box. No message to make sure we got in or to check up on us."
