"At the heart of San Juan. My kids loved the pigeon park that is just few minutes walking distance away. Lots of great food near the hotel. We stayed during a weekend, the area can be a bit noisy after midnight, I was woken up 2am by groups of people shouting in the hall way. Regardless, the hotel is a wonderful."

"We had a wonderful stay and great time in Old San Juan. The house was well equipped with all amenities (but bring your own laundry soap!) and very clean. The fresh smell was very welcoming. It was warm outside so the AC was great and a must have. Loved how the shutter doors/windows opened to the street. It was a very lively neighborhood with noise well into the night.. this did not bother us in the primary sweet and our daughter slept with ear plugs and slept great. Lots of space and storage...

"We were "upgraded" shortly before our one night stay to this room without a window. It didn't matter for us because we weren't there except to sleep, but it wouldn't be a place I'd want to spend more than one night. The location is excellent. The hosts are very easy to reach. We had three issues, one being very spotty internet, the Roku TV didn't work right (not a huge deal generally, but my husband had hoped to watch a NBA playoff game), and the worst part was no hot water.
