"I choose a room with private bathroom when I arrived I was told the air condition was broke so I have to share the bathroom which was on the first floor the bed was old and hard like a rock I only rented the room for a few hours I was coming back from phi phi island and my flight back home was at midnight I would be able to sleep on that place But the receptionist was very sweet and nice"

"Good location next to night market and good size rooms. However noise from main road is not good. Recommend to stay away from main road in old town. Price was good but there are better places in town."

"If you're thinking about booking this place, think no further. I have stayed here for three nights and had only nice thing to say about it. Staffs speak great English. They're kind and welcoming. The only downside was my room was in the front side of the hotel and it was in front of a pub but the noise was minimal. Will definitely return soon."

"Maybe the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, mattress felt like concrete and the pillows were also mostly flat. I understand that the room was cheap and "you get what you pay for", but the bed should be at least sleep-able regardless of price. Also there was another hotel in the area for half the price of this one, so it's not like I picked the cheapest hotel in the area. One star off for that and another because the listing on Hotels.com inaccurately stated the room as 28 square...

"The first room we went into was not ready for us there was no kettle to boil water and no coffee or tea bags The nightshift staff were not helpful She said to us wait for tomorrow There was animal poo on the couch there was no hot water for shower No Tv working Now the next day we were put in a new room which had a hot shower but TV still didn’t work I did not expect too much of this hotel because it was cheap but I did expect a hot shower and Coffee and tea"
