The property was well appointed and maintained; steps away from the beach. The infinity pool was outstanding and room service was fast and efficient. The hotel has made many upgrades and is continually renovating and improving. Right in the heart of Karon Beach, this hotel is a hidden gem.

Both myself and Dad had stayed at this hotel. It is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Its exactly what you see in the pictures pure paradise. We had booked the twin sea view and what a view it is. The grounds of the hotel is stunning and very well kept. The staff is what makes the stay so special they are so friendly and very helpful. We both are from Belfast Northern Ireland uk and we definitely be back.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and customer service is excellent. My 20 year old daughter and I stayed in early June during the “low-season”, so there weren’t too many guests. This helped keep the atmosphere quiet and enjoyable. When we did go out to town or on a tour, it was easy to order a Grab. Upon our return, the room was clean, towels were replaced, and the beds were perfectly made. We felt safe during our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed just about everything about the property. We stayed in one of the villas and had the time of our life in Thailand. The staff was incredible! The food options at the resort were a bit limited, but that didn't matter much because you have so many other options just outside your resort on this beach strip.

Great location, close to local shops and Karon beach is accessible from the back of the resort. Its more quiet than Patong. The staff were incredibly helpful with directions. The property is top notch and 5 star for Phuket. Karon beach was beautiful and had access to a plethora of food and activities. Tour desk provided any activity you could want. The WiFi was fast and trouble free and the breakfast had more options than you could wish for.
