"Great location, amazing staff. Breakfast was ample with a good variety from many countries. The staff is that of a 5 star hotel from the porter to check in and breakfast staff to housekeeping. "Very pathetic experience. The Hotel first dishonored the booking confirmed through Hotel.com. My son was forced to wait for few hours for room against confirmed booking and it was given only after the intervention of Hotel.com from India as local support at Dubai is not available. The guest has to argue for Breakfast for which charges are included in the tariff. A big question mark of checkout time. As per Hotel.com , the check out time at hotel is 1500 hours whereas at Dubai, the Hotel Desk...

"Amazing stay with the family. My boys loved it. The only thing I would suggest is to have the hotel have some beach toys available to use for the day and return. Because we had to buy them but didn't have any space to bring them back, so it is waste of money. A hotel this luxury that charges so much, would be nice if they had kid items like this on site to use for free. "
