"We had reservation at this hotel in oct for 5 days, 1st time in dubai. We got to the hotel at 2.30 am in the night. Staff member at reception said they don't have any reservation for us from Expedia. Still gave us the room saying matter will be resolved in the morning after the staff who deals with expedia reservation arrive. 7 am in the morning when we were still sleeping they called us in the room and insisted we go to the reception to resolve the matter as it was urgent. Great Stay!
"Amazing stay with the family. My boys loved it. The only thing I would suggest is to have the hotel have some beach toys available to use for the day and return. Because we had to buy them but didn't have any space to bring them back, so it is waste of money. A hotel this luxury that charges so much, would be nice if they had kid items like this on site to use for free. "
