Location was excellent: not far from Dubai airport, right on Creek with amazing views, within short walking distance of water taxi and major Metro stop (Union). Taxis come right up to door, too, of course. "Overall nice property but the rooms need some updating. The carpet in our room had stains, wallpaper coming apart at the seam. It was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is weak but the shower was large. We were able to walk, carefully, to restaurants. Taxis are readily available. "

The staff was very helpful and proactive in everything we needed. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. "Beautiful hotel with beautiful decor. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel special in all manner. Buffet breakfast was super delicious and well organised by the chefs and their team. Housekeeping and hospitality team , valets were one point . I will rate this restaurant no.1 in dubai. Best place to stay in city centre. Our kids and us enjoyed the pool area and bar person and the pool staff was super friendly. Love love loved it overall. Will visit again. "
