"Our stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair was excellent. The customer service was good, staff were friendly, professional, and quick to assist. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. The location is another big plus, it's directly connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Valet parking was also available, which made things easier. Overall, a great experience. We'd definitely consider staying here again."
