"Amazing hotel"

"The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed. "

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"It's not a good place at all they ask for an extra money as security deposit which is jot not written in there policy. The only provided the bottles of water ONLY when we arrived. Not working washing machine, refold the towels and not changing them. Very bad WiFi . The entrance is clean and smells good but the place it self is terrible. With a bad service. There is alot of Apt. With the same price or less. And they are much more better. We didn't prolong our stay and we even left early...

"Helpful staff, accommodated a late check in which was appreciated. I had informed hotel ahead of this. Stayed in the ambassador suite. Looks amazing in pictures. In reality - it’s tired, old and dirty. Carpet terribly stained, shower leaked so bad that it flooded the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Pool area on roof, small and would get busy if one family used it! And despite being pictured, no fruit in fruit bowl - just an empty bowl on arrival. In its day the room would have been superb, but...
