"Helpful, friendly staff and a nice location for the mall. The pool was great, the rooms adequate. Unfortunately we didn't have an iron or a hairdryer, it was very basic. There was a note to call reception if you need anything but we didn't bother, I think these should be provided in the rooms for guests. The hotel does smell really bad. I thought it was cigarette smoke through the corridors but it's non smoking, so not sure what it was. Our room smelt and our linen as well, it was pretty bad....
