Lo único bueno es la vista de la alberca, nada más, pura publicida engañosa con este hotel, pague más de 40,000 pesos por el Premier view para que me dieran un piso 8 cuando llegué, viéndose únicamente azoteas de otros hoteles y cajas de aires acondicionado, completa decepción , comenté que eso no era lo que yo había pagado y no lo acepté, me dijeron que ellos como hotel solamente eran hasta el piso 15, cómo es posible cuando este edificio tiene 54 niveles? Me movieron al piso 13 que fue prácticamente lo mismo, al siguiente día, regresé de la alberca a mi habitación a las cuatro de la tarde , la habitación no estaba lista, estaba sucia cómo podía ser posible en un hotel, cinco estrellas de Dubai? Por ir a verificar esta situación me mantuvieron en espera en recepción, perdiendo una reservación de un yate que tenía y una cena., me quedé en el hotel, pedí la cena a la habitación y me mandaron a una persona con una terminal bancaria, como si fuera un completo desconocido, lo cargué a la habitación al día siguiente hablé todas estas situaciones con el manager me dio, era de cortesía la cena anterior y pedía quedarme y darme un acceso VIP simplemente me negué y dije que ya tenía que retirarme Fíjense bien, porque realmente es mucho dinero, lo que cuesta este hotel por las habitaciones tan simples que tienen.
