"The hotel is old, the service is poor, and it's far from Dubai Mall."

"Being directly connected to Dubai Mall makes this hotel an excellent choice for a convenient stay in Dubai. This is maybe my 5th time staying at Vida Dubai Mall and will keep on coming back. The staff have always been extremely helpful, very professional, while the amenities are top-notch and are always clean and well-maintained."

"فندق جميل ونظيف ورائع كل الخدمات ممتازة "

"Room needs renovation. No housekeeping. Room was in bad condition. Staff was very helpful and kind."

"I liked the location, it was near to Dubai Mall. Pool was nice. Room service was good and responsive. Expedia claimed that i will be charged 200 dirhams for TAX when i check in, but the property asked for the double, don't know who's right."

"كل شي تمام فقط قبل المغادره تم اقفال التكييف مع العلم اني اخبرتهم اني مغادر الساعه وحده تم اقفاله 12 "

"The property run down and not equipped properly i dont advice any one to book it again "
