"Our stay was great! Upon arriving we were upgraded to a room with the view of the Burj Khalifa! We were even welcomed with a cake! The stay was very comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. When it was time for us to leave, their staff, Hameid was very friendly and accommodating. He allowed us a later checkout time due to our flight circumstances and was even very vigilant on our luggages. Thank you again, we appreciate the hospitality we received from Shangri-La hotel."

"Great Stay, Amazing views. It is probably the best for young professionals. There is so much to do within the hotel (clubs, restaurants, spa, pool). The staff was amazing. The pool is a bit small for such a huge hotel but I went usually at opening time & the space was pretty empty."

"The commendable part of our stay are the staff. Everyone is friendly, approachable & helpful. I’ll mention some staff that I was not able to mention on my first review: Leo, Aakash, Siya & of course Deepak. They’re @ the reception desk. They’re there to greet guests & ready to help whenever you need it. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff for making our room clean & tidy. "
