"I heard a few bad reviews so I was a bit apprehensive about booking . The moment I arrived at the reception it did take a few moments for the staff to allocate a room but it wasn’t a long wait I was approached with smiles . The staff are friendly and always helpful . The room was exceptionally clean , equipped with a microwave /fridge freezer and cutlery /mugs /tea and coffee /milk and a kettle . I slept like a baby . No Air conditioner but a fan but to be fair it’s a 3 star hotel so I wasn’t expected an AC although it would have been great (lol). Breakfast was decent . Please do not go by the reviews on here , book it and experience it for yourself . I don’t know what people were really expecting for a 3 star hotel but I was genuinely impressed. "

"Really comfortable room bedding pillows lovely , slept so well , very peaceful room everything we needed Very tasty dinner , really thought the facilities were good and stayed there in preference to Poole ( going on ferry next day ) as a safer option parking car , would recommend and hope to stay there again thank you "

The staff at the restaurant in both the evening and at breakfast was superb! Breakfast was plentiful and hot! The room was idea for what we needed. Would recommend "

"Stylish and Convenient Stay – Highly Recommended! This is a modern and stylish hotel located just steps from the metro, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really added to the overall experience. A nice touch is their eco-friendly voucher program – you get €5 credit if you opt out of daily room cleaning. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar – beautifully maintained, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed vibe. It never felt crowded, even during peak hours. All in all, a great place to stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily return!"

"All excellent, clean room comfortable bed, quiet. Staff are great, very friendly . Particular thanks to Vincent on reception and Andreea in the restaurant. They all seem happy in their work which comes over to guests. Breakfast is excellent, loads of choice both hot and cold food. We would definitely stay again"
