"The property is close to station, big rooms, good amenities, breakfast was awesome so many selections. Quiet area with also some attractions and malls."

"Best first hotel we could’ve stayed at, visiting Japan for the first time. We were a group of 7. We caught the airport limousine bus from Narita airport direct to Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel which is a short 5 minute walk to Double Tree, easily done with a carry on and checked luggage. DoubleTree is literally right next to a station with a line that goes directly to Tokyo Station (easy to get to everywhere else from here), Shibuya and Shinjuku Station (especially good if you want to...

"Very clean"

"いつも利用させていただいています。 大浴場が、特にGooｄです。 残念なところ 外国の方が、入浴するとき、大バスタオルを浴場に持ってい入る方がいる 小タイルを持たないで入浴している方もいる→着替え室が、ときどきびしゃびしゃです 海外の方にわかりやすく、おふろマナーをつたえたらどうでしょう"

"The rooms are fairly standard in size for Tokyo, but they're clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"いつ泊まっても最高です！ 立地 静かさ 清潔さ 値段 全てが完璧"

"Everything in the hotel was perfect"

"location is manageable and hotel is well maintained."

The room was small and the walls were quite badly marked with various yellowish/brownish stains - I did report this to the hotel staff who responded very quickly to clean off many of these marks. But housekeeping felt quite limited e.g. during a 9-day stay, I don’t think my room was vacuumed and used teacups were not cleaned/replaced. The hotel did generally smell of...

"Very convenient from the airport 10 minutes walk. We arrived midnight and we're helped right away. No hassle at all. Staff very friendly"

"Absolutely amazing will be back !"

"Location. Location. Location. Tokyu Stay Ginza’s location was perfect for us. Arriving from Narita Airport, we took just one train that dropped us off a block away from the hotel. If you like to explore and shop, this hotel is perfect. It’s so close to the shops in Ginza and walking distance to the Ginza and Tokyo stations. By American hotel standards, our room was small but super clean and worked for us. I’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo."

"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making every effort to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The property was beautiful, the atmosphere inviting, and the accommodations provided a relaxing escape. The buffet was absolutely superb, with an impressive variety of delicious selections that made every dining experience...
