"Unfortunately they do not have in indoor pool as advertised and we called in advance to confirm they had an indoor pool and they said they did but they do not. Normally we wouldn't care since there is an outdoor pool but it was cold and Rainey and the kids wanted to swim, also their restaurant was closed durning our stay so we had to order through the bar and the food was not very good."

"None"

"The property is walking distance to the park, I like that they had dark shades to divide the sitting area with the beds, the two TV's were a nice option"

"Great customer service"

"Clean room. Poor A/C"

"good property, easy to check in and check out, pretty clean. Great hotel if you’re just going to Disney, coming back to sleep and then leaving the next day"

"Great place to stay for a few nights."

"It had everything you need in the Suites. The grounds and pool area was really nice"

"The front desk staff was great! Housekeeping staff was terrible. We asked for coffee filters for the coffee maker. It took 45 minutes for them to bring one coffee filter so we could make coffee. We had housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:30 to clean the room. First, check-out isn’t till 10, we had late check-out, which gave us the room till 11! Our stay was very short and we were at a wedding all day so we didn’t have an opportunity to use all the cool amenities."

"位置优越，但是感觉有些老旧。总体来说还是可以。"

"Clean and nice, close from the valley. But the cooking utensils were not in good shape. Need to upgrade them."

"The property was nice and clean. Convenient location right across from the San Diego Cruise Port."
