"Nicely furnished second floor unit. Great location within easy walk to beach and restaurants. Be sure to buy tickets for The Great American Melodrama and Vaudeville Theater which is a mile south on Hwy. One. Only two very minor complaints: the living room TV remote didn't work (not the batteries); the ceiling fan pull chains are too short, require standing on the living room coffee table or on the bed to change speed or turn off the light. I would definitely rent here again."
"I just really liked the decor with green plants all around and spanish style painted pots. Really nice. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!"
"The proprietors are Patels - they know how to run a great hotel/motel. Everything was great. Definitely do not book via Expedia, though -- just go to American Inn's website to book. Cheaper that way. And, Expedia is a horrible company! They will book you with hotels that do not honor the reservation! Expedia really sucks. That was my mistake - using Expedia. American Inn is great, though."
