Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We return every summer and the experience is always great! Recommend bottom story for elderly, lots of stairs to second floor units. Rooms are always clean and inviting. Price is right."

"Kimmy, our host provided great information prior to check in. Loved that there was a beach wagon and umbrella available on site to take to the beach. The location is close to both Pismo and Avila. Our visit included “older” guests- wish there was a bedroom on the ground floor- but that was my bad for not looking more closely. The place is great. Pots/towels/basics were available and excellent."
