"great hotel, and location. easy walk to shops and restaurants. hotel had a good feel. call service to desk did not work, which was annoying. There are many stairs in the hallways to rooms that do not have handrails which is dangerous, and maybe illegal. This is real easy for the hotel to fix and a great hotel should correct that. "

"We were upgraded to a larger room that overlooked the ferry terminal. We loved looking out our window to the bustling area below. It is an old building but the facilities worked well and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was just a short overnight stay so we could catch an early ferry the next morning. Very handy."
