"The room was spacious and clean. The porter Ricky was very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great tips on places to viait and eat. The location was great. The only negative ia that it's a 3 story walk up without an elevator. We would stay here again. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tea selection and biscuits in the room were great. Bed was comfortable. It can be a little noisy with the windows open but generally a quiet area and around the corner from many restaurants and shops."

"First of all , Tom is a lovely host friendly and had suggestions for dining and taxi service . Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for moving around . Breakfast was very hospitable and yummy food provided with company at one table with the other B&B persons. My only issue was that four rooms shared a bathroom on the second storey so maybe a suggestion would be to have potentially scheduled shower times or cleaning supplies to share between persons visiting . "Stayed two nights, great for the price. Clean room, except for some stains here and there. One lamp did not work, but its not the end of the world. Ensuite bathroom was good, no issues. Location is good, only about a 15 minute bus from the city. It is simple to call up and get inside to the building, no hassle of interacting with staff. Bedsheets and towels were nice."

"First time staying here and we weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious and airy , bed very comfortable. Welcome pack was good. Shower was great and bathroom was immaculate. My only suggestion was to add a handrail inside the shower and maybe a small corner shelf for shampoo, conditioner , shower gel it’s much better for someone disabled. Breakfast is a 10/10 cooked well and tasted amazing full cooked breakfast. It’s actually situated perfectly to travel and see other places from. Parking was...

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Plentiful breakfast of meat, cheese, bread, cereal, juices - help yourself! Wonderful home baking (especially muffins and lemon drizzle). Nigel is helpful and goes out of his way to ensure you are happy with your environment. Good TV channels for the evening after you have done the sights and the beds are comfortable with soft duvets. Well positioned for public transport but ensure you check timetables as transport can be infrequent. We’d happily return and...

"The owner was lovely and helpful with suggestions for places to eat dinner. We were given a choice for the type of breakfast that we wished to eat - continental, cooked breakfast or a cooked vegetarian breakfast. Easy walking distance to the local pub, which serves excellent food. The room was comfy, as was the bed. We had an amazing nights sleep. The only negative was that even though the bathroom was for our own personal use, we had to exit our room to use it."
