"Clean rooms, firm beds which was a huge plus, parking was easy to access and staff was able to Assit with check in no problem. We arrived at 9 pm for a just quick check in to sleep and we had no issues losing our room due to being on the later side of check in. Price for the room was super reasonable and would recommend staying here! Will attend another short stay again in the near future!"

"there was only 1 set of towels for 3 people in the room. The light switch on the wall was very loose infact we could see the wires for the switch (room 303). There was a used coffee pod in the coffee machine , 2 coffee pods and NO cups. Room 201 only 1st of towels again, NO cups for coffee, had to go ask for a remote to tv in room."

"Thank Dear Management, I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we had a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at that time were kind, helpful, and informative regarding breakfast, parking, and other hotel details. We also found our room to be clean and comfortable, and the bed in particular was very clean and fresh-smelling, which we greatly appreciated. However, there were a few issues we encountered. In the shower, the shower head was broken, and the soap dish handle was unclean. Additionally, we experienced significant frustration with the Wi-Fi. My husband attempted to connect to the network based on the instructions provided by the front desk; however, after several attempts and multiple follow-up inquiries with staff, we were finally told on the fifth attempt that the login process differs between laptops and mobile devices. This lack of clear, comprehensive information caused unnecessary stress, especially since my husband needed the internet to work during our stay. While I would rate our stay an 8 out of 10 overall, I believe the guest experience could be greatly improved by ensuring staff provide complete Wi-Fi instructions upfront and addressing the maintenance and cleaning concerns in the bathrooms.
