"The front desk people are always so helpful and don’t hesitate to make sure your experience is amazing. However the breakfast is lacking, no juice options, no hot food. "

As I got to the counter, I was giving him my name. He kept saying that he didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to start all over saying that I was checking in. Then he seemed to get it. A strange check-in!"
