"The property was beautiful and clean! The lake view was amazing! Our room was spotless and cleaned daily with no issues. I appreciated the security of needing a room key to be able to use the elevator. The pool area was kept clean and always had plenty of towels available. The only thing I found lacking was there was no information in the room about the restaurant, room service or breakfast. Of course these things were mentioned when checking in but after hours of traveling I didn’t take it all in so an information book in the room would have been helpful. Being in such a big city it would be nice to have some info in the room about nearby cafes, parks, transportation."
