"Elevators did not work, luckily able to get room on 1st floor so didn’t lose my stay. Breakfast was out of eggs and waffle batter by 7am. Potatoes were weird as they were kept warm in crockpot-I know that is nitpicking. No butter for toast, only OB and cream cheese-oddly no bagels. Staff was great and doing best they could with what they had. Great walking trail on a bayou next door. Do not fall for Facebook marketing—do not eat at Clawdaddy’s in Monroe. Terrible."

"This property is not being maintained. Numerous items in poor condition. Recent stay in February cost for one night over $300."

"My stay was during the winter storm. Everyone was so helpful and kind. A huge Shout out to Nicole who was able to ensure that the items I left behind were in safe keeping and was able to have fedex deliver my items to me since I lived in another state.She is awesome! "

"My daughter and I stayed here for nights. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we felt very safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. We eould definitely stay here again. "

"Rooms have laminate floors so no nasty carpet to deal with. Rooms were basically clean (I’m very OCD unfortunately). The staff is very friendly and very prompt to answer any questions or concerns "

"Hotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead of 4 after cleaning my room the first time."
