Updated rooms

Recently renovated rooms that are spotless and modern. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. A fantastic choice if you’re looking for a clean and updated hotel experience.

This property will do if you just need somewhere to lay your head. The check-in lobby looked just as homey and pristine as advertised on the web. The personal accommodations, however, were a disappointment. My room had cobwebs, dead crickets, and sticky spots on the floor. The smell wasn't the greatest, but not too overwhelming after a while. I probably won't stay there again.

The stay was excellent. The property and room were clean and I was pleased with the overall condition of the hotel. I sleep great sands the complimentary breakfast was perfect. If you are looking for the Marriot experience, I recommend you book at the Marriot. This is my favorite hotel when stopping in Monroe for the night.

Great value compared to comps in the area. Clean room with the hottest water we have ever experienced in a hotel. Comfortable bed with tiny soft pillows. Dont stay for the amenities but do stay for the value, and bring your own pillows!

The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable but blankets too thin. The bathroom was small. TV remotes did not work for one of the televisions. The key would not work consistently for the door.

We have stayed 3 times, they ran out of breakfast in one hour, ran out most of the food the second time, 3rd time there was no food for them to cook. The trash cans were very full. It’s by a wooded area, I saw a raccoon having dinner.

The property had a convenient store right next to it, which was nice parking was adequate and the rooms were decent. They could have been a little more cleanly. The sheets had stains and the tub had hair. Be careful when you book a room they are misleading and the ones that say they have Jacuzzi tubs. Don’t make sure you verify before you stay other than that. It was an OK stay

The hotel had recently been renovated, and our room was sparkling clean! My one complaint: no coffeemaker in the room. Alas. But the bed was comfy, the AC worked wonderfully, and it was very close to the places we needed to go. We didn't avail ourselves of the free breakfast, as it appeared to be mostly carb options (cereal, pastries, waffles), and we like a little protein first thing in the morning. But the breakfast area was clean and tidy when we peeked in. The staff was courteous, and checking in and out was an easy process. Traffic on Garrett Road can be a little hairy if you're coming from the east and traveling west on I-20. Do not take the exit Google Maps suggests. Go down to the next exit, turn around, and come back. Better yet, look at the map ahead of time and take the back roads. It'll save you some stress! Overall, we were quite pleased, and would stay here again.

Not very comfortable, it was relatively clean but run down. Worth the extra to stay somewhere nicer. I decided to stay here over a cheaper place because of the free breakfast but they didn’t even put it out because there weren’t many people.
