"The room was clean and breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Only thing was our keys stopped working in the middle of the night, however the front desk was happy to fix the issue immediately."

"This is a pretty standard 3-star hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks nice, but after the first night, I was honestly ready to leave. The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear a constant humming from the AC units in neighboring rooms, even when your own AC is turned off. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to noise, but it was really hard for me to sleep. The front desk employee tried to be helpful and moved me to another room, but it didn't make much...

"great stay. clean room. clean bathroom. staff is top class. safe area with lots of dining options."

"I love staying here. I come to Birmingham often for work and always stay here. The front desk is friendly, the area is safe and has lots of shopping and restaurants nearby."

"Easy check in"

"This will likely be my last ever stay with a Motel 6 owned property. I am beyond frustrated. The experience at the hotel was bad to begin with, but my experience since checking out 2 weeks"

"Beautiful and clean stay. Limited to no staff to help."

"10/10"

"Location, comfort."

"Friendly staff, cleanliness, and lots of parking."

"I was so impressed with this property. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. We didn’t get to take advantage of the evening kickback due to our plans but everything looked so inviting. I will definitely rebook and recommend Drury!"

"I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!"

"Facilities and"

"Check-in staffer was very cheery and professional. I thought a number of minor items should have received attention. Breakfast “buffet” was poor (taste and temperature). Clothing hook on bathroom door was missing. Mattress should have been replaced a long time ago. As a long time Marriot customer, I was disappointed in this property. It just seems “tired”."
