"This is our third time staying here and we loved it just as much as every other stay. The host is so good about checking in with us to see if we need anything during our time there. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell how clean the home is. Check-in is flawless. The neighborhood is quiet and yet close to shopping and restaurants. Our host also leaves special snacks for us to enjoy. All the light switches are clearly marked as to which light they turn on. He has thought of everything!"

"This place was great for 4 adults a large dog. The host was flexible in allowing us to bring a well-behaved 80 lb dog, and the backyard was great for him to play in. When we needed extra blankets, the host was quick to provide us with more. This seems to be a newer VRBO; many things still had price tags/stickers on them. It also wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and we noticed dust, hair, and dirt on some of the surfaces. I think once the owners get a little more experience and a few more guests under their belt, they will find their flow and this place will be even better. Great value for the price!"

"The location was great. The house could have been cleaner and offered more such as pans, utensils and dish towels in the kitchen as well as blankets for the beds. There were only 3 of us and only 1 extra blanket for the 4 beds and 2 pans to cook with. There's no way 8 people could have stayed here comfortably. Also don't forget anything because this place won't have it. The beds were pretty comfortable and the appliances were brand new. There are no hangers in the closets either. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror and a bit bigger mirrors in the bathroom. The mirror hit my 6foot son about chest height. The main thing was the ants that need to be addressed.It would have helped to have Netflix or something available on the TV for some down time as well.Extension cords would have been appreciated since the plugs are in weird spots. Overall this place was better than a hotel for the money."

"This property was perfect! It fit our family needs. One suggestion is to ensure the kitchen is stocked with mixing bowels, pots and pans, full sets of cutlery. In both units. Also perhaps a tv in the left side unit. We also were wi seeing what the brand of the water/dry vacuum was in the kitchen? We loved that thing?!"

"Could be a great place. Housekeeping policy is very suspect. They encourage guests to clean because they dont charge a fee. But they are also don't clean after the guests leave from what I could see. They must have had a birthday party there before we came we found little gold circles everywhere underneath the furniture a lot of dirty Corners a lot of dirty places. Unfinished painting work. There were no clothes hangers to hang your clothes. No washcloths. No dustpan."

"This house met all of our expectations and beyond!! There were 22 of us and we barely ran into each other. The house is huge and very unique. It was kind of a maze and the kids had a blast! It had everything we needed. Loved every minute of it. Our only issue was, we didn't stay longer. Will book this again for sure!!! 100 stars"
