"Super friendly and lovely room"

"A rainy weekend in Waikiki is a great staycation. We’ve stayed at a bunch of places in Waikiki, and these rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our corner room featured a great view of Diamond Head, and you could see the mountains and the ocean as well. The staff is young and a little quirky, but helpful and happy to help. The robes were simple and pretty, so we treated ourselves to two. The baby seal was just a few steps away at the Outrigger beach, and was a special treat for my Mrs."

"Second time staying here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the beach and several options for food and shopping. Only issue ran into was a water leak around the AC unit which they addressed quickly. Overall a great experience."

"The lift wasn’t working our whole 7 day stay and there were no ramps. It was hard to use our stroller with 2 kids. Also, there was an instance where it smelled like weed in the garage and the security guard came up to our car as we were getting out and accused us of smoking (mind you, we have a baby and a toddler). When I told him it wasn’t us (which we gave him no reason that it was us other than the smell, which by the way, it always smelled), he didn’t even care to apologize and say a simple...
