"After a terrible experience checking in(they thought that an ocean view room was a view of the boat harbour & shopping centre?!) we were eventually “upgraded” to a view of the ocean….hotel was in a good position & a little dated, but ok….paid massive price for “resort fee” & used their pool once….bit sad that they do this as in all other countries you get to use their pool for the price of the room! "

"This place is really nice. The staff are very accommodating, friendly but maintain professionalism in their dealing with the customers. Big shoutout to Christina in the front desk by making our stay there really memorable! Ann in the front desk was really nice as well. I’ll definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to friends and family. We missed the free ice creams but enjoyed the free chocolates they leave in the room everyday. 😀"

"Hotel was well presented and rooms were modern and clean and wifi was fast. Staff were also very polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was also included which was very handy and a good way to start the day. Would definitely stay there again."

"Liked location. Didnt like that partial ocean view meant leaning against the railing to see around a wall. Also didnt like that they didnt have beach chairs for guests on the beach. Had to rent them from third paety. Other hotels have dedicated chairs and umbrella area for their guests. Everything else was great. Would come back again"
