"The Westin St. Francis was conveniently located next to Union Square and tbe Powell St Cable Car line. We were able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf (up the hills), North Shore and other areas nearby. Our rooms were clean, the concierge was helpful with recommendations and staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"This property is in a great location! Short walk to Pier 39, the cable cars, streetcar stop right up the street. It was perfect for our 3 day vacation in San Francisco. The staff checking-in, at breakfast, and the bar were all fantastic and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is top notch and really helped start our day off. The room was nice. Would stay here again and will recommend to anyone. "

"Historic hotel in a nice part of SF, easily walkable to central areas, close to cable cars which can easily take you further quickly. Safe area. Some parts of the room were a little tired but I think that comes with the overall age of the property"
